I found this situation rather odd, this playground had been built and then closed off to the neighborhood for well over two months.
It was sad to see the kids playing in the construction site and dirt piles nearby instead of the palyground which was supposedly built for them.

Anyways, possibly useful as stock or reference material to someone else.
