She really looks like she's really crying, the way her nose and cheeks are all red. Somehow that does it more than anything else, as though she's been crying really hard nonstop for a long time. I'd actually really like to see this same image with just a really detailed closeup just from her eyes to the tip of her nose, though her curled up position is good too.
